Maintenance of fire protection installations and equipment

Summary

The City of Créteil and its municipal social welfare centre are procuring maintenance of fire-protection installations under a two-lot, order-based framework agreement running from 2027 to 2030. Lot 1 covers fire extinguishers, dry risers, sprinklers, hose reels, emergency lighting units and eyewash equipment; Lot 2 covers fire doors, fire alarms and smoke-control systems. Annual ceilings for the City and the social welfare centre are respectively €120,000 and €20,000 (excluding VAT) for Lot 1, and €220,000 and €20,000 for Lot 2. Preventive maintenance is paid at a fixed annual rate, while additional corrective work is ordered as needed.
