Comprehensive maintenance of the Isla Cristina National Training Centre facilities in 2027

Summary

The Instituto Social de la Marina is procuring comprehensive maintenance services for five sites associated with its National Training Centre in Isla Cristina and Ayamonte: the training centre, its residence school, boat station, practice swimming pool and facilities at the Costa Occidental Fire Station. The work covers preventive and corrective maintenance, technical and administrative advice, and statutory maintenance and inspections. The initial contract term is 12 months from 1 January 2027 or, if later, from contract signature; the base budget is €117,613.81 excluding VAT, including reserved funds for materials and overtime.
