Preventive maintenance of the City of Laval’s buildings

Summary

The City of Laval is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs for its buildings under a single-supplier framework agreement divided into seven lots. The lots cover heating, ventilation, air conditioning and hot-water equipment; firefighting equipment; automatic doors and controls; fire-safety systems; intrusion and fire detection systems; Legionella sampling and analysis; and periodic regulatory inspections of electrical, gas, fire-safety and lifting equipment. The agreement has no minimum spend and sets annual maximums of €61,000, €34,000, €11,500, €22,000, €42,500, €12,000 and €48,000 excluding VAT for Lots 1–7 respectively; it runs for one year and may be renewed three times.
