Aquaculture survey 2027–2030

Summary

France’s Ministry of Agriculture is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for annual aquaculture surveys conducted from 2027 to 2030, covering accounting years 2026–2029. The work covers shellfish farming, crustacean farming, fish farming, and the cultivation of algae and cyanobacteria in metropolitan France and overseas departments. It includes project management, online questionnaire and collection-system development and hosting, respondent support, paper and telephone collection where needed, follow-up activities, data processing, and delivery of final datasets and survey reports. The agreement is not divided into lots, runs for 12 months with up to three renewals, and has a maximum value of €400,000 excluding VAT, including a €300,000 cap for order-based services.
