Building and rental property management

Summary

The tender concerns property and rental management for the Beaux-Arts de Paris building at 44 rue de Moscou in Paris. The building has 30 units and associated cellars, approximately 1,790 m² in total, common indoor and outdoor areas, and technical systems; the contracting authority itself manages the occupancy agreements for two student apartments. The contractor will provide administrative, financial, accounting and technical building management, manage leases and tenants, account for rent and service charges, and monitor receipts and arrears.
