Specialised maintenance and repair of structures on the DIR Nord-Ouest national road network

Summary

The tender seeks contractors for routine and specialised maintenance and repair of bridges, retaining walls and other structures on the DIR Nord-Ouest national road network, across three districts: Normandy Centre, Manche-Calvados and Rouen. A framework agreement with up to four contractors will be used to order maintenance work and to commission separate competitions for more complex works or projects exceeding EUR 400,000 including VAT.
