Storage and transport of mixed recyclable materials

Summary

The procurement is divided into three geographical lots and covers the receipt, storage and transport of mixed recyclable materials. The contractor must receive packaging and paper waste delivered by collection vehicles, store it under cover, reload it and transport it to the sorting centre in Chambéry. The transfer centre must be located on the relevant collection route, close to the vehicles’ starting and ending points, and accessible 24 hours a day, as vehicles may deliver waste at any time. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and runs initially for 36 months, with one possible 12-month extension. The estimated values are €1,156,300 for the northern area, €628,300 for the central area and €193,980 for the southern area. Bidders may submit offers for up to three lots, but may be awarded no more than two. Offers will be evaluated on total cost (60%), technical quality (30%) and the environmental criterion (10%). Bids must be submitted electronically.
