Delivery of chilled meals for school and out-of-school catering

Summary

The Municipality of Trilport is procuring the preparation, delivery and unloading of meals produced using a chilled supply chain for school and out-of-school catering. Meals must be delivered to all catering sites identified in the tender documents and placed in the refrigerator at each site. The contract will be a framework agreement with one supplier, performed through orders and paid at unit prices. The planned term is 1 January to 31 December 2027, with possible extensions under the conditions set out in the tender documents. Bidders must provide the required information about their technical resources, workforce, supply-chain management, turnover and previous services. Social and environmental performance conditions, to be detailed in the tender documents, will apply.
