Insurance for property, liability, motor fleet and statutory employee risks

Summary

The Municipality of Montmagny is procuring insurance services in four lots covering the municipality and its social welfare centre (CCAS): property, general liability, motor fleet and statutory risks relating to public-sector employees. Property cover includes, among other risks, fire, water damage, storms, natural disasters, theft and glass breakage. General liability cover concerns the municipality’s activities and property; the motor-fleet lot covers vehicle liability, damage, theft, fire and assistance; and the employee-risk lot covers death, work-related accidents and illnesses, and long-term illness. Bidders may tender for one, several or all four lots. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and runs for up to four years, through 31 December 2030. Bidders must be insurers or persons legally authorised to conduct insurance business; intermediaries must provide proof of ORIAS registration. Offers must include the required capacity information, evidence of the insurer’s authorisation and solvency, proof of the signatory’s authority, and, for each lot, the tender form, management annex and management memorandum together with the relevant policy terms and procurement documents. Evaluation weights are technical quality 50%, price 40%, and social and environmental value 10%; price is not the sole award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 13 November 2026 at 12:00.
