Supply of laboratory equipment and consumables, including installation, commissioning and maintenance

Summary

CHU de Rouen Normandie is procuring laboratory equipment and related consumables for its Charles Nicolle site, together with installation, commissioning, user training and maintenance, in six lots. The lots cover a multiplex analysis platform, an immunohistochemistry research instrument, an endotoxin microplate reader, an integrated lentiviral-vector production and purification system, a soluble-protein electrochemiluminescence detector, and a compact visual-inspection table. The framework agreement runs for 48 months, with one supplier appointed per lot and orders placed as needs arise. There is no minimum order; the maximum values for Lots 1–6 are respectively €200,000, €500,000, €500,000, €1,000,000, €200,000 and €10,000 excluding VAT. The maximum equipment delivery period is six weeks. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. Bidders must submit a price offer and a technical offer, describe the equipment, installation, commissioning, training, consumables and maintenance for each lot bid for, and complete the common corporate social responsibility (RSE) questionnaire. Technical and RSE aspects are assessed under the relevant lot requirements. Equipment must have a two-year warranty and be maintainable for at least ten years. Maintenance must be offered for every lot; the technical specification requires a remote-support response within 24 working hours and an on-site technician within 72 working hours.
