Supply and installation of playground equipment for Villeurbanne

Summary

Villeurbanne is procuring playground equipment and its installation under a framework agreement. The agreement may be awarded to up to three suppliers, each required to achieve a combined score of at least 51 out of 60 for technical quality and environmental performance.
