Tender detail

Ecological assessment and restoration design for the Boué reservoir wetland

Summary

The Municipality of Boué is procuring design services to assess ecologically the wetland formed by sedimentation in the Boué reservoir and to plan and support its restoration and enhancement. The procurement has two lots. Lot 1 covers an assessment of current conditions and an inventory of fauna, flora and habitats, with optional assessments of impacts in both the current and proposed situations. Lot 2 concerns wetland restoration: the core scope includes diagnostic, outline-design and preliminary-design studies. Optional phases cover detailed project design, topographic and bathymetric surveys, a geotechnical study, environmental characterisation of sediments, preparation of water-law and public-interest application files and other regulatory documents, and construction-stage project management. Tenderers may bid for either or both lots. The core contract period is 12 months for Lot 1 and 18 months for Lot 2. The award is based on technical quality (60%) and price (40%). Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 30 November 2026 at 18:00. A site visit is mandatory, and proof of the visit must be included with the offer.
