Construction of water networks 2027–2031

Summary

The tender concerns works to improve stormwater drainage at Montpellier Airport and to reinforce and renew its drinking-water supply and fire-protection networks. New water supply networks will also be built to support the development of the airport site and construction of new buildings. This is a framework agreement with a single operator, planned to run from 15 December 2026 to 15 December 2031. Between 3 and 5 candidates will be shortlisted, and bids must be submitted electronically; variants are not permitted. A 5% retention will be deducted from each order payment. The contractor may replace it with an on-demand guarantee, but not with a personal joint and several guarantee. Invoices are payable within 45 days of receipt.
