Acquisition, fitting-out and training for three Super-class forest-fire tanker trucks

Summary

The tender covers the supply and specialist fitting-out of three Super-class forest-fire tanker trucks for the Gironde Fire and Rescue Service, together with training in vehicle maintenance and use. The trucks must comply with applicable fire and rescue vehicle standards and be suitable for off-road operation. The technical specification includes, among other requirements, an engine of at least 420 hp, a foam-agent tank of at least 400 litres, a pump rated at no less than 3,000 litres per minute at 15 bar, and an automatic water-spray system protecting against radiant heat, with water filtration.
