Supply of sustainable and responsible personal protective equipment

Summary

Rennes Métropole is procuring responsibly produced personal protective equipment in seven lots for staff of the city, the metropolitan authority and municipalities belonging to REGATE. The lots cover head protection, hearing protection, respiratory protection, hand and foot protection, assorted single-use protection, and protection related to road safety and active mobility. This is a framework agreement implemented through orders at unit prices, with a separate contract awarded for each lot. The planned term is 48 months from 1 December 2026, with a possible one-time extension under the tender documents. Performance is subject to environmental conditions detailed in those documents. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 November 2026 at 17:00. Evaluation weights vary by lot: technical merit 50% or 55%, sustainability 15%, and price 30% or 35%. Bidders must demonstrate financial and professional capacity and provide the required declarations and company, tax and social security documents.
