Maintenance works on municipal roads

Summary

The tender covers maintenance and repair works on the municipal roads of Drancy and the outdoor areas of public and school buildings, squares, parks, stadiums, sports grounds and other municipal buildings. The works include upkeep and restoration, repairs and major repairs, extensions and modernisation, resurfacing and improvements. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum volume and a maximum total value of EUR 6,400,000 excluding VAT over its full term. The initial period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 and may be renewed three times for one year each, but not beyond 31 December 2030. Payment is based on actual quantities completed and the unit prices in the schedule; work or supplies not listed there may be ordered on the basis of a separate quotation. Bids must describe the proposed work arrangements, including urgent interventions and protection of existing structures and utility networks, as well as environmental measures and the social-inclusion arrangements. Price is worth 40 points, technical quality 50 points, and environmental measures and social-inclusion measures 5 points each. A site visit is mandatory, and proof of the visit must be included with the bid. The bid submission deadline is 3 November 2026 at 12:00.
