Infrastructure works and final landscaping in the Côteaux Quercie area

Summary

The tender covers infrastructure works and final landscaping in the Côteaux Quercie area of the Les Pierrins development in Cesson-Sévigné. It is divided into three lots: (1) earthworks, roads, stormwater and wastewater drainage, water supply and a pedestrian footbridge; (2) utility networks and public lighting; and (3) green spaces and planting. The estimated values are €6,836,057, €1,782,888 and €1,612,164 respectively, with durations of 32, 32 and 84 months. Bidders may submit offers for all three lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must provide evidence of professional liability insurance, turnover information for the last three financial years, references for significant works completed in the last five years, and information about their tools, equipment and workforce. Contract performance includes social-inclusion commitments of at least 1,610 hours for Lot 1, 700 hours for Lot 2 and 1,155 hours for Lot 3. The award criteria are technical merit (50%), environmental performance (10%) and price (40%). Lot 1 permits two required variants and one optional variant; their minimum requirements are set out in the tender documents.
