Lift maintenance and repair works for m2A Habitat’s property

Summary

The contract covers maintenance and repair works for the lifts in m2A Habitat’s property in Mulhouse and the surrounding area. The work includes ongoing maintenance and lift works for a fixed fee, as well as repairs ordered separately that fall outside full maintenance. Work may be required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. This is a composite framework agreement with a single operator: the initial term runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of four years. The initial-period amount is €700,000 excluding VAT; the total order ceiling for all periods is €2,800,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum estimated value for the entire contract is €3,600,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically. The evaluation awards 40 points for price, 50 for technical merit, 5 for environmental performance, and 5 for service quality and monitoring.
