Restoration of heritage documents and registers

Summary

The tender concerns restoration services for the City of Lyon’s heritage collections, divided into two lots: (1) antique books and archival documents, and (2) posters and graphic documents. Each lot is a framework agreement with an initial term of two years, renewable twice for one year each. The planned contract period is 24 February 2027 to 23 February 2031. There is no minimum order value; the maximum is EUR 240,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 120,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. The estimated values are EUR 160,000 and EUR 80,000 respectively.
