Inspection and supply of fire-extinguishing equipment

Summary

The procurement covers the inspection, maintenance and supply of fire-extinguishing equipment in three lots: extinguishers in buildings, extinguishers in schools, and fire-extinguishing equipment installed in vehicles. The framework agreement has an initial term of 12 months, from 1 January 2027 or the date of contract award until 31 December 2027. It may be renewed three times for 12 months, up to a maximum total term of 48 months. For each lot, the estimated and maximum order values apply to the initial term and each renewal period: EUR 40,000 and EUR 100,000 for buildings, EUR 130,000 and EUR 200,000 for schools, and EUR 10,000 and EUR 20,000 for vehicles, all excluding VAT. Technical quality accounts for 55% of the evaluation, price for 35%, and the environmental criterion for 10%. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 3 November 2026 and remain valid for 150 days.
