Creation, development and maintenance of public spaces in the Lorient Agglomération area

Summary

Lorient Agglomération is seeking up to four suppliers under a 48-month multi-supplier framework agreement to create, develop and maintain public spaces across the Lorient Agglomération area, including Groix Island. The works include roads and pavements, earthworks, utility networks and stormwater systems, street-lighting and telecommunications infrastructure, road markings and traffic signs, landscaping, street furniture and small masonry works. Work will be ordered as needs arise through purchase orders or contracts awarded under the framework. There is no minimum commitment; the total ceiling is €6,000,000 excluding VAT. Bidders must provide evidence of turnover, staffing, relevant experience, equipment and professional qualifications, and submit an offer with technical and environmental memoranda. Performance includes a social-inclusion requirement of at least 35 work hours for every cumulative €60,000 in orders and at least 3 measurable environmental commitments.
