Summary

The tender covers insurance services for 2027–2030 and is divided into six lots: property insurance; general liability insurance; legal expenses insurance for the legal entity and criminal defence for officials and elected representatives; motor fleet and business-travel vehicle insurance; environmental liability insurance for the Monts du Lyonnais intermunicipal authority; and statutory liability insurance for the municipality of Saint-Martin-en-Haut. Bidders may submit offers for up to six lots and may be awarded up to six. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 30 October 2026 and remain valid for 180 days.
