Purchase, rental, maintenance and management of surgical instruments and surgical motors

Summary

RESAH is establishing a 22-lot framework agreement for the purchase, rental, maintenance and management of surgical instrumentation and surgical motors, together with related services. Lots 1–10 cover, among other things, management and optimisation of instrumentation stocks, instrument exchange, and the supply and maintenance of specialist instruments. Lots 11–22 cover surgical motors and accessories, including purchase or rental and maintenance. A call-off framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier per lot; tenders may be submitted for up to 22 lots. The planned contract period is 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2030; details of each lot’s duration and possible extensions are set out in the tender documents. Optional additional services may be offered but will not be considered in tender evaluation. Evaluation takes account of cost and technical, service and sustainability criteria; their weightings are given in the tender documents. Applications must include an application letter, turnover information for the last three years, a list of similar services, and information on average staffing over the last three years. Tenders must be submitted electronically. The estimated total contract value is EUR 27.5 million and the framework agreement ceiling is EUR 110 million. The notice sets out a restriction applying to operators from the People's Republic of China.
