Cleaning and maintenance services for the Gisèle Halimi public school facility in Chantepie

Summary

The tender covers cleaning and maintenance services at the Gisèle Halimi public school facility and associated premises in Chantepie. Work includes cleaning floors and surfaces, dusting, emptying bins and moving waste containers out and back, cleaning and disinfecting sanitary facilities, and providing occasional cleaning on request, for example after events. Bids must be submitted electronically, in French and in euros, by 12:00 noon on 30 October 2026. Evaluation assigns 40 points to price, 50 to technical quality and 10 to environmental performance. Bidders must submit the required application and offer documents, including information on staffing and management expertise over the previous three years, experience with similar services, and equipment available. The offer must include a technical proposal and completed pricing schedules. Staff must be trained, comply with school safety rules and protect pupils and staff during cleaning. Environmental assessment will consider, among other things, reduced use of chemicals and packaging, waste management, and reduced water consumption and travel.
