Rental of coaches, minibuses and utility vehicles in five lots

Summary

The Town of Villejuif is procuring vehicle rental services in five separate lots: coaches with drivers; coaches without drivers; driverless nine-seat minibuses; minibuses adapted for people with reduced mobility; and utility vehicles. Lot 2 also covers an approximately 35-seat fully electric coach, targeting 28–32 passengers and an expected usable range of about 200 km or more. Minibuses and utility vehicles are rented without drivers. The contract runs for four years from 1 January 2027, or from a later notification date. The annual ceilings for Lot 3, Lot 4 and Lot 5 are respectively EUR 40,000, EUR 10,000 and EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 30 October 2026 and remain valid for 180 days. Variants are not permitted. Bidders must submit a completed, dated unit-price schedule and meet the technical and contractual requirements for the lot concerned. For Lots 3–5, the employment-integration commitment may be fulfilled through direct recruitment or by pooling integration hours through an integration enterprise or a temporary-work integration enterprise.
