Supply of Retreaded Tyres and Tyre Accessories

Summary

The procurement has two lots: the supply of retreaded tyres, inner tubes and tyre accessories for vehicles and for agricultural, construction and handling machinery; the collection of used tyres; and retreading services. Each framework agreement will be awarded to one operator. The planned start date is 15 March 2027. The initial term is one year, with three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of four years. The indicative annual order amounts are EUR 60,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 45,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2; the estimated total amounts stated for the lots are EUR 360,000 and EUR 240,000 respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 3 November 2026. Price carries 70% of the evaluation weight, technical merit 20%, and environmental performance 10%.
