On-demand passenger transport in the Coeur de Garonne area

Summary

The contract is for on-demand passenger transport services in the territory of the Coeur de Garonne community of municipalities, divided into five lots. Services run from different areas to the town centres of Martres-Tolosane, Cazères and Rieumes on specified weekdays and at specified times. The annual ceilings, excluding VAT, are EUR 10,000, EUR 10,000, EUR 70,000, EUR 25,000 and EUR 15,000 for the five lots respectively. Services are due to start on 1 January 2027. The initial term is 12 months, with two possible 12-month renewals, for a maximum total term of 36 months. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. The award criteria are price (60%), technical merit (30%) and environmental performance (10%).
