The contract covers sorting separately collected waste for Sivom Mulhouse Sud Alsace. The material includes plastic packaging, such as PET, PP and PS pots and trays, plastic film and bags, as well as paper, cardboard and metal packaging. The waste comes from both household collection rounds and materials delivered to waste collection centres. The work includes loading and transporting sorting rejects to the SIVOM incineration plant in Sausheim; the contracting authority pays the disposal costs. The contractor must also market paper, cardboard packaging, and steel and aluminium packaging under the option specified in the tender. This is a call-off framework agreement with a single contractor and a maximum value of EUR 4,000,000. The term is one year from 1 January 2027. Tenders will be evaluated on price (50%), technical quality (40%) and environmental value (10%). Electronic submission is required, and tenders must remain valid for 120 days.
