Supply of professional workwear

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of professional clothing and clothing accessories suited to the duties of National Archives staff, excluding personal protective equipment. The contractor must also administer individual clothing allocations, including allocation, use, checks, tracking and invoicing, within the product categories set by the contracting authority. This is a single-supplier framework agreement fulfilled through purchase orders. It runs for 12 months and may be automatically renewed three times, for a maximum total term of 48 months. The annual order ceiling is EUR 180,000 excluding VAT, and the overall framework ceiling is EUR 720,000. The award criteria are service quality (65%), price (20%), environmental performance (10%) and social performance (5%). Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 15:00. Bidders must provide information on turnover, comparable work completed during the previous three years and workforce size, as well as the required administrative and tender documents; the notice sets no minimum thresholds for these indicators.
