Snow clearance and removal in the villages and hamlets of Les Allues

Summary

The contract covers snow clearance and removal in the villages and hamlets of the Les Allues valley. Services are planned from 30 November 2026 to 29 November 2027; the contract may be renewed under the conditions in the tender documents, and up to three subsequent contracts for similar services may be awarded. Payment will use unit rates and lump-sum prices. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. An electronic signature is not required. The evaluation weights are technical merit 60%, environmental performance 10% and price 30%. Bidders must provide evidence concerning environmental management measures, insurance or a bank statement, available equipment, staff and management qualifications, and relevant services delivered during the previous three years. They must also confirm that no ground prohibiting participation applies to them. For a joint bid, the contracting authority prefers a consortium whose lead member has joint and several liability.
