Supply and delivery of spare parts for motorised gardening and landscaping equipment

Summary

The Calvados Department is establishing a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of spare parts for motorised gardening and landscaping equipment, divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers STIHL-branded or compatible parts, and Lot 2 covers HONDA-branded or compatible parts. Neither lot has a minimum quantity or value; the maximum is EUR 150,000 excluding VAT per period for each lot. The initial term runs from contract award until 31 December 2027, with three possible one-year renewals, and the agreement may not extend beyond 31 December 2030. Bidders may submit offers for both lots and may be awarded both. Offers are assessed on price (70 points), technical merit (20 points) and environmental merit (10 points). Offers must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026 at 16:30; electronic invoicing is required. Offers must remain valid for six months.
