Renovation works for the Student Health Centre

Summary

The contract covers renovation works at the Student Health Centre in Saint-Étienne, divided into seven lots: plastering, painting and suspended ceilings; internal joinery; tiling; resilient and PVC floor coverings; electrical works; plumbing and sanitary installations; and dual-flow mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. The overall estimated duration is 8 months. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots, but the estimated annual value of lots awarded to a single contractor may not exceed that contractor’s turnover in the previous year. Mandatory additional works are glass-door replacement for lot 2, electrical works related to ventilation and air-conditioning controls for lot 5, and supply and installation of façade-based controls for lot 7; bidders must also submit prices for these items. Variants are not permitted. Bidders must demonstrate the required technical and professional capacity, provide the specified turnover and insurance information, and declare that no exclusion grounds apply. A site visit is mandatory on either 8 October 2026 at 09:00 or 13 October 2026 at 14:00, with prior registration. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 30 October 2026 at 16:00 and remain valid for 120 days. The submission must include the completed pricing schedule, explanatory offer memorandum and site-visit certificate. The award criteria are price (45%), technical merit (50%) and sustainable development (5%).
