Surveying, topographic, utility detection and land services – Lot 3

Summary

The tender covers surveying, topographic services, detection of existing utility networks and land-related services for development projects undertaken by Grand Paris Aménagement and EPA ORSA in the Île-de-France region. The work includes surveys of existing topography and utility networks; cadastral and land-division plans supporting land acquisition; setting out works and preparing as-built network plans; sales and transfer plans; and support with acquiring land belonging to condominiums and their owners’ associations. This is a framework agreement fulfilled through orders and subsequent competitions, with no minimum volume and a maximum value of €500,000 excluding VAT through 26 February 2029. Up to three service providers will be appointed. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation and technical quality for 50%; the technical assessment includes methodology, availability and responsiveness, and the ability to handle up to three orders simultaneously. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 30 October 2026 at 12:00.
