Supply of event equipment (furniture, equipment for protocol ceremonies and accessories)

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of furniture for events, equipment for protocol ceremonies, and accessories for events and receptions for the City of Vincennes. It is a three-lot, order-based framework agreement with no minimum order quantity. The annual maximum, excluding VAT, is €150,000 for furniture in Lot 1, €150,000 for ceremony equipment in Lot 2, and €90,000 for accessories in Lot 3. The initial term is 12 months, with three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total duration of four years. Deliveries are to the City's sites in Vincennes and its holiday centre in Argence Habère-Poche. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and euros by 3 November 2026 at 11:00. Each lot bid must include a completed contract commitment document and unit-price schedule, as well as a technical memorandum. Bids should explain, among other things, how urgent orders will be handled; the characteristics and warranties of the products; delivery times; staffing and warehouse capacity; and the environmental impact of the delivery method and the environmental qualities of the products. For each lot, price, technical quality and environmental criteria are worth 40, 40 and 20 points respectively. Bids remain valid for four months; variants are not allowed. Tenderers must demonstrate their economic and technical capacity and provide the required tax and social-security evidence.
