Supply of cleaning products for the City of Cambrai

Summary

The City of Cambrai is procuring cleaning and hygiene products and related supplies in eight lots: general cleaning products, cleaning equipment and accessories, plastic bin bags, hygiene consumables, pool products, cleaning products and equipment for catering, and specialist products for buildings, roads and monuments. This is a framework agreement with a planned duration of 48 months and up to three renewals. The combined maximum value across all lots is EUR 1,140,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 30 October 2026 and remain valid for 90 days. For lots 1, 3 and 4, samples of the items specified in the pricing schedules must be delivered to the Cambrai Municipal Technical Centre by the bid deadline. Samples for certain products may be requested for lots 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The bidder must identify the sales representative and manufacturer for every product offered and follow the product order in the pricing schedules. Lot 6 also requires free installation and maintenance of equipment at the central kitchen and 17 satellite sites, technician visits at least once every two months, attendance when called, and intervention within 24 hours in the event of a breakdown. Hygiene plans must be introduced free of charge at all sites within one month of contract award. Bids will be evaluated on price (50%), technical merit (40%), and explanations of delivery organisation and optimisation with regard to environmental considerations (10%).
