Dunkerque Central Library renovation works – LOT 1 Exterior facade rehabilitation (Relaunch)

Summary

This procurement concerns renovation works for the Dunkerque Central Library – LOT 1: exterior façade rehabilitation (Relaunch). It is a standard lump-sum contract with two award criteria: price (60 points) and technical value (40 points). To participate, bidders must provide evidence of turnover for the last three financial years and a list of major works completed in the last three years, including contract value, duration and completion date, with qualifications or references; also provide turnover data for overall and for the contract.
