Summary

The procurement covers the design, production, installation and fit-out of Grand Est regional exhibition stands, their maintenance during the event, dismantling and related services for the 2027 International Agricultural Show in Paris. The fair runs from 27 February to 7 March 2027, and the service period is 22 February to 8 March 2027. The procurement is divided into two separately awarded lots: Lot 1 is an approximately 150 m² prestige stand for the region, with an estimated value of EUR 270,000; Lot 2 covers approximately 850 m² of stands for Grand Est producers, with an estimated value of EUR 550,800. Installation is scheduled for 22–26 February, and the completed works must be received by 18:00 on 26 February 2027. Dismantling starts after the fair closes at 19:00 on 7 March. The contract covers the 2027 edition and may be tacitly renewed for the 2028 and 2029 editions; the contracting authority may decide not to renew it. Bids must be submitted electronically.
