Purchase of renewable electricity for a collective self-consumption scheme

Summary

The contract covers the supply of renewable electricity to the Municipality of Pierrelatte and its social welfare centre through a collective self-consumption scheme. The contractor must mobilise renewable generation capacity, establish and operate the scheme, allocate generation to the participating delivery points, monitor energy performance, and provide administrative, technical and regulatory support. Reference consumption is approximately 540 MWh per year and the contract lasts 30 years; electricity deliveries begin once the scheme is commissioned. Bidders must submit firm unit prices and describe the generation sources, expected self-production rate and its calculation, operating arrangements, monitoring platform and deployment schedule.
