Annual maintenance of lifts in CCI Alsace Eurométropole buildings

Summary

The tender covers annual maintenance of the CCI Alsace Eurométropole buildings’ lifts in two lots: the Colmar sites (Lot 2) and the Mulhouse sites (Lot 3). The Strasbourg sites are excluded. Bidders may tender for either or both lots. Each framework agreement covers preventive maintenance at a fixed lump-sum price and corrective maintenance ordered as needed, with no minimum quantity; the annual cap for corrective maintenance is €5,000 excluding VAT for each lot. The initial contract period runs from 1 January 2027 for one year, with two possible one-year renewals and a maximum total duration of three years. Price accounts for 45% of the evaluation (preventive maintenance 35%, corrective maintenance 10%), technical value for 45%, and reuse of replaced parts for 10%. Environmental requirements apply during contract performance. A site visit is optional.
