Summary

The contract covers the construction of rooftop photovoltaic solar power plants at the Maison des Associations in Ouessant. The works require coordination of the disciplines needed to design and install the solar power plants; the tenderer or consortium must have expertise in solar engineering, photovoltaic power plant installation, carpentry, roofing and electrical work. Consortia must have joint and several liability, and a tenderer may not submit multiple bids by using different participation arrangements or joining more than one consortium. A first-demand guarantee covering the total contract amount is required. The works may take up to 12 months from the order to commence; commissioning is indicatively planned for December 2027. A detailed work schedule must be submitted with the bid.
