Purchase and maintenance of printers and multifunction devices

Summary

The City of Caluire-et-Cuire and its social welfare centre are procuring printers and multifunction devices, together with their maintenance. The contract is a single-supplier framework agreement under which orders will be placed, with no minimum volume. The equipment purchasing period is four years from contract award, and maintenance will run for five years from the equipment commissioning date. The maximum value is €160,000 excluding VAT for equipment purchases and €60,000 per year for maintenance. The estimated values are €110,000 for equipment purchases and €25,000 per year for maintenance. The contracting authorities currently have approximately 92 printing locations and print an average of 2.6–2.8 million pages per year. Bids must be submitted electronically, and variants are not permitted. Once cumulative orders reach €200,000 excluding VAT, one social-inclusion commitment will apply; the tender documents set out four ways to fulfil it.
