Separate collection of mixed recyclable materials and glass from bring-bank containers

Summary

The contract covers the separate collection of mixed recyclable materials and glass deposited in bring-bank containers across the Argonne Ardennaise area. It is divided into two lots: (1) collection from mixed-material containers and (2) collection from glass containers. The work includes emptying containers, adding, removing or replacing them when needed, transporting glass to the SIBELCO treatment facility in Reims and mixed materials to the sorting centre in Charleville-Mézières, and providing a monthly summary of completed emptying operations. Bidders may apply for one or both lots, but must submit a separate complete offer and technical memorandum for each lot. The initial contract term is one year from 1 January 2027, with a possible one-year renewal; the indicative combined annual value of both lots is EUR 263,000 excluding VAT.
