Collection and transport of waste from recycling centres

Summary

The procurement is a four-year framework agreement, with orders placed as needed, for collecting and transporting waste from recycling centres. It is divided into two lots: (1) mixed and bulky waste, wood, inert construction rubble, green waste, cardboard, plaster, and joinery; and (2) special household waste. Bidders may tender for one or both lots, with unit prices applied to actual quantities. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 23 October 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for at least 120 days. Evaluation is based on price (40%) and technical quality (60%), covering personnel, equipment, organisation, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. Each offer must include a completed and signed contract form and unit-price schedule, a completed estimated-quantity schedule, and a technical memorandum.
