Demolition of Pont W while retaining the Orange drainage channel in Créteil

Grand Paris Aménagement is procuring the demolition of Pont W in the Triangle de l’Echat development area in Créteil, while retaining the Orange drainage channel. The works include, among other tasks, asbestos removal, sawing, treatment of prestressing and demolition. The contract is not divided into lots and uses both a fixed lump-sum price and unit prices. The bid must include the required application and pricing documents and a technical memorandum of no more than 20 pages covering the team and equipment, work methods, waste management, health and safety, environmental protection and the schedule. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and technical quality for 40%.
