Supply of fluorine-free firefighting foam, wetting and foaming agent, and training foam

Summary

Nine departmental fire and rescue services in France are jointly procuring, under a framework agreement, firefighting products ordered as needed: fluorine-free F3-AR foam for Class B fires, a wetting and foaming agent for Class A fires, and foam concentrate for training. There is no minimum order volume; the annual ceiling for all participating buyers combined is EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT. The contract lasts 12 months and may be renewed for up to three successive one-year periods, but not beyond 31 December 2030. Estimated quantities are not binding.
