Supply of hygiene and cleaning products

Summary

The procurement covers hygiene and cleaning products, including small cleaning supplies, in two lots: cleaning products and small cleaning equipment, and hygiene products and materials. It is a framework agreement under which orders will be placed. The initial term is 12 months, with three possible 12-month renewals, for a maximum total term of 48 months. A bidder may submit an offer for both lots; one economic operator will be appointed under the framework agreement for each lot. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 9 October 2026. The award criteria are price (55%), the usability and practicality of the IT tool (25%), after-sales service arrangements (10%), the proposed advisory method (5%), and measures to promote environmentally responsible products (5%). Electronic invoicing is required.
