Insurance services for the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Ile-de-France

Summary

The tender covers the conclusion and administration of insurance contracts for the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Ile-de-France, divided into four lots: property damage, general liability, motor fleet, and cyber risks. Bidders may apply for one, several, or all lots. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and runs for up to four years, ending no later than 31 December 2030; either party may terminate at an annual renewal date with four months’ notice. Property insurance is to cover, among other risks, fire, water damage, theft, glass breakage, natural disasters, vandalism, and photovoltaic installations. General liability insurance covers the chamber’s operations, professional activities, and liability as property owner; optional extensions include directors’ and officers’ liability and assistance and repatriation. The motor-fleet lot requires, among other cover, unlimited bodily-injury liability, cover for property and consequential financial damage up to EUR 100 million, and roadside assistance with a replacement vehicle. The cyber lot has an overall indemnity limit of EUR 1,000,000 and includes requested cover for data restoration, data theft, fraud, cyber liability, and business interruption losses. Offers are evaluated on technical quality (50%), price (40%), and social and environmental performance (10%). Offers must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 25 November 2026 at 12:15. They remain valid for 120 days. Eligible bidders are insurers and insurance intermediaries authorised to operate under the French Insurance Code; evidence of capacity and authority is required.
