Public space construction and improvement works

Summary

The contract covers the construction and improvement of public spaces in the Marne et Gondoire area. The works include creating or rehabilitating roads, verges, car parks, routes for pedestrians and cyclists, and community-interest paths, as well as paths in parks, valleys and around basins. Work will be ordered individually under a framework agreement and paid at unit prices. Up to two contractors may be appointed. The estimated total value is EUR 16 million; this is indicative and includes possible renewals and similar additional works. The planned start date is 2 November 2026, with an initial duration of 12 months; the precise renewal arrangements must be checked in the tender documents. A site visit is mandatory, and an offer from a tenderer who has not completed the visit will be considered irregular. Offers must be submitted electronically. The evaluation assigns 50% to technical merit, 10% to environmental merit and 40% to price. Social and environmental conditions apply during contract performance, and invoices must be submitted electronically.
