Supply of Electronic Keys and Preparation of Key Systems for 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers the supply of electronic keys, locks and cylinders, electronic handles, access badges and card readers, as well as the creation or extension of key systems for buildings belonging to the City of Vitry-sur-Seine and Sidoresto, CCAS, SICUCV and Jean Vilar Theatre. It is a single-supplier framework agreement under which goods are ordered through purchase orders. The annual value is at least EUR 5,000 and up to EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. The contract runs from the beginning to the end of 2027 and may be renewed three times, through the end of 2030. Delivery is generally due within four weeks, or within two weeks for urgent orders. The bid must include priced unit rates and discounts on catalogues or price lists, together with technical and environmental responses. Evaluation assigns 50 points to technical quality, 10 to environmental performance and 40 to price. Bids must be submitted electronically, in French and with an electronic signature; the deadline is 29 October 2026 at 17:30.
