Summary

The contract concerns surveillance, guarding and security services for events for the Commune of Tarascon. Bidders may submit their application using a European Single Procurement Document (DUME); if applying as a group, each member must submit a completed DUME. Financial and economic capacity requirements include, if the bidder is under judicial reorganization, the submission of copies of the judgments; documentation for each lot must be assembled in a sub-folder bearing the lot number. Technical capacity: evidence may be provided by any means, including professional qualification certificates attest­ing to the bidder's competence to perform the service; a description of the tools, equipment and technical means to be used for the execution of the contract.
